Hale Akaka Falls O-121 one of a kind luxury stay

Everything was fabulous-location, setting, space, amenities, cleanliness, staff and host were very accommodating and professional. Would love to come back!

Our flight was late and we checked in with the front desk. The accommodations were very enjoyable. Proximity to the fishponds and the fish and the open grass area was delightful for the children. The weather behaved. Denise was terrific to work with. Will be back.

The 0-121 property is truly one of a kind! The lanai and patio area are an absolute dream, and the overall size and location of the villa make it a wonderful place to stay. The resort amenities are fantastic as well—great pools, hot tubs, gym, and more.There were some communication issues upon arrival that resulted in us not receiving a greeting or tour of the property, and some specific information wasn’t covered by the front desk. This made the initial check-in a bit challenging.It was hard to get clear directions to the villa, which led to some confusion and extra walking—especially challenging because one member of our group had limited mobility. When I requested a wheelchair, the assistance provided felt less supportive than expected, which made the situation a bit more stressful.The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, but could use some updates—cloudy shower glass, small holes in the wall, dated lighting, and cooking utensils with loose handles. None of these issues were deal-breakers, but they were noticeable.Overall, I would still recommend this villa for its incredible lanai, prime location, and generous layout! With better communication from the greeting staff, improved front desk service, and a few condo updates, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

The property and villa are as described in the photos and reviews online. The villa is extremely well-appointed and well-located with easy access to the beach and lagoons. Shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. Garage parking access immediately at the back door to the Villa was especially helpful for a large family with children. The front door has immediate access to the quiet pool and hot tub. The lanai and fountain feature were so peaceful and pleasant. We all loved being on the ground floor with an area for the children to run and play. The fountain is immediately accessible from the lanai and young children love it but need to be supervised. Since the patio is west facing, the mornings were cool with a light breeze, perfect for breakfast. Sunsets at the lagoon were stunningly beautiful. The children loved the lagoon pool with a special pebble area for toddlers. The beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and other beach amenities were so helpful as was the very complete kitchen. Overall, we loved both the villa and the property, had excellent customer service and would return! Thank you.

This location is amazing! The lanai with the water feature is calming and beautiful. The best is going through the back door and it leads to the quit pool. Great for adults and families over 18yrs of age. Easy access to the best beach not crowded and water is beautiful.
